Here is an interesting photography event for New Yorkers this weekend. From 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Humble Arts Foundation and gallery/art space 3rd Ward will be hosting a panel discussion entitled Women in Art Photography. The first in what will hopefully become an ongoing series, this lecture will be hosted by award-winning photographer Amy Stein, whom readers might remember from the August 2006 How I Shot This for her series Domesticated, and also as one of American Photos Emerging Photographers of 2007. read more »
